Compassionate Therapy for Fertility, Pregnancy & Motherhood
You spend so much time caring for others, managing expectations, and trying to hold everything together. But who is taking care of you? Whether you are struggling to conceive, grieving losses or a future imagined and taken too soon, navigating pregnancy, adjusting to life with a new baby, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of motherhood, you deserve a space where you can feel supported, understood, and accepted just as you are.
The journey to and through motherhood can bring a mix of emotions that are not always easy to talk about. You may be experiencing anxiety, sadness, grief, uncertainty, or pressure to be strong when you feel anything but. You may love your family deeply while struggling to recognize yourself in the midst of all the changes. If your path to motherhood has been more difficult than you imagined, or you feel like you have lost a part of yourself along the way, please know that you are not alone. Your feelings are valid, and you do not have to navigate them on your own.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I offer a compassionate, supportive space for women navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum transitions, and motherhood. Therapy provides an opportunity to slow down, process what you are experiencing, and make room for your own emotional needs. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing, develop ways to manage stress and difficult emotions, and help you reconnect with yourself during a season of change. You do not have to have all the answers, and you do not have to be everything to everyone.
You can feel grateful and still feel overwhelmed. You can deeply desire motherhood and still struggle with the journey. You can love being a mother and miss the person you were before. There is room for all of these feelings here. Whether you are trying to conceive, preparing for a new chapter, adjusting to life after birth, or finding your footing in motherhood, you deserve care and compassion, too.
You do not have to carry it all alone. I invite you to reach out when you feel ready. We can explore whether working together feels like the right fit and how therapy may support you through this season of your life. In-person and telehealth sessions offer opportunities to receive support in a way that works for your needs.
